1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JAS Traders website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Products and Pricing

We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (such as magic links sent to your email) and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Order Cancellations & Fulfillment

We attempt to fulfill orders as rapidly as possible. Customers may request an order cancellation via their account portal; however, a request does not guarantee that an order can be canceled. If the fulfillment process has already commenced, cancellation requests will be rejected and the order will be shipped. Customers who refuse delivery or return an item because it could not be canceled prior to fulfillment will be subject to deductions for shipping charges and processing fees.

5. Refunds & Non-Refundable Processing Fees

An order can only be canceled and a refund issued if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. Once fulfillment has started, no cancellations or resulting refunds are permitted. Furthermore, customers acknowledge that 100% full refunds are generally not possible. Any approved refunds (prior to fulfillment) will be subject to the deduction of non-refundable third-party processing fees. For fiat/card transactions via Razorpay, standard payment gateway processing fees are deducted. For cryptocurrency transactions (USDT), blockchain network gas fees are deducted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of JAS Traders or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

JAS Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or products purchased from us.
