We want you to love your aesthetic upgrades. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
• For health and safety reasons, cosmetics (K-Beauty) and intimate items cannot be returned if opened or used.
• Sale items and custom orders are final sale and non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via the Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
