How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days. Processing takes an additional 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Where do your products come from?

We source our trending products directly from top-rated global fulfillment centers to ensure you get the best quality at the best price.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been packed or shipped. Once an order is being processed at our fulfillment center, it cannot be canceled.

Payments & Security

Is it safe to buy from JAS Traders?

Absolutely. We use Razorpay to process all payments securely. We do not store your credit card information, and all transactions are encrypted.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and select Wallets via Razorpay.

Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged?

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. You must report this within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for any approved return.
