Refund Policy
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at jastraders.in@gmail.com.
Cryptocurrency Payments
Please note that refunds for orders paid via Cryptocurrency (USDT) are subject to network gas fees. If a refund is approved for a crypto payment, the blockchain network fee required to send the funds back to your wallet will be deducted from your total refund amount. In cases of very small refunds, the gas fees may exceed the refund amount.
Cancellations
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed immediately upon cancellation approval, but may still take 5-10 days to appear on your bank statement.
